A tight fit
Pros:
Light Weight, Something different
Cons:
Straps really difficult to tighten, adjust, and keep from twisting.
The Bottom Line:
unless you're all about the city savvy select stroller--there is no reason to choose this seat. The difficulty with the straps is too much trouble for the price.

Author's Review
Unfortunately, with a 4 month old on my hip I don't have adequate time to do a full review, but searched high and low for a review on this seat before purchasing ours about 6 months ago.
We've been using our combi connection for 4 months. We chose this seat primarily because it is lighter weight, a bit more compact for travel, and it's the only one in the combi family to fit our much loved city savvy select stroller also by combi.
I do love that this seat weighs less than most others, and I liked the looks of it okay. It was a bit disappointing, though to realize that once you remove the infant insert (at 2 months of age for us) then the carseat is all a dull grey.
My recurring complaint about this product, however is the straps. They are difficult to adjust. The one-pull harness feature is next to impossible for me to use. I literally sit on the floor, hold the seat down with my legs and pull with both hands against it to get it to tighten just a small amount. Even my husband has trouble with it, and prefers that we never tighten or losen the straps. To not be able to adjust straps, especially in winter where our son's clothes are thick or thin depending on the weather makes me feel the seat isn't always at its safest.
In addition, our son, who isn't overly huge--in the 55th percentile for his age (4 months) is almost to outgrow this seat. It's really a challenge to get him out! When I reach in to get him even after removing the straps the whole seat comes up off the ground & I literally shake it off his rear! People watching always suggest we need a bigger seat!
Two other complaints...the seat is deep, but not wide which is okay, but most car seat covers for winter don't fit it quite right because of this. In addition, it doesn't fit on high chairs in restaurants or shopping carts because of the way it's made.
While, I didn't expect this seat to last our baby one year, I was definitely expecting it to last past 4 months!
When I get really fed up with the carseat, I pop it in our stroller and head out. Always cheers me up--together with the city savvy select, this makes a great travel system. If only I used the stroller as much as the carseat.
