Great camera!

The Bottom Line: The camera is very good for beginners and experts all alike. While it's not your best bet for taking 'professional' pictures, it takes very very nice ones.
before I begin this review, I want to let you know that I jump around a lot in my reviews, so please bear with me (:! purchased this camera at Wal-mart a few months ago, and am very glad to have done so. The camera, while being a bit on the large side, is very sturdy. I've dropped this camera on asphalt several times, and to no avail has it broken, shattered, or been damaged in any way. On the other hand, I actually scratched the screen with it being in my purse, so that wasn't fortunate. I'm usually sort of rough with my electronics so having a strong sturdy one like this Canon A570 is a pretty good choice for me. Also, the batteries last almost seven-eight hours with this camera! The picture quality is absolutely exceptional! The quality of your photos will be crisp, fresh, and clear with this great camera! There are many options to choose from when taking pictures, as well. You will obviously need a memory chip like any other camera. The only thing I wish this camera included was an internal memory like my old one. The pictures can be taken black and white, sepia, vivid, so on and so forth. You also have the option of choosing pictures for night vision, kids and pets, sports, portraits, landscapes, and even more. Installing the camera to your computer is like a piece of cake. In a matter of a few minutes it will be finished and ready to go. Although the editing program that comes along with this camera isn't the best, it does the job. You should definitely buy this camera, it is well worth the money and you're missing out if you don't have it already!
