A Life Saver

After dealing with a printer and copier that was jamming all the time and giving bad copies, I finally invested in this Canon. I love it, I have had it for two years and have only needed normal maintenance on it. I am in the Mortgage industry, so we copy a lot. The scanner is awesome also. I believe my lease is up on this item this year, so I will be definitely purchasing it. I can not see running my office with out this. If you need a low maintenance high producing copier/printer this Canon is the one. If I was to open another office or help someone in opening their office, I would personally go with them to find this machine. I love it.

In regard to the items down falls, there really are none, the only thing I really don't like a lot is replacing the toner. IF the wrong person is doing it and does not do it with care, you can get toner dust everywhere. And as all of you are aware of I'M sure, that is impossible to get out of clothing. Or a light carpet as I have. When, which is hardly ever, unit jams, the touch screen panel walks you through where the jam is and helps you clear it up. A Fifth grader could figure it out.
