Great backup printer

Review: I own Brother MFC210C printer from almost a year and simply love it. So far I had to replace the black cartridge only once. The original color cartridges are still working.

Staples had some great sale going on and I ended up buying this...

Inexpensive, featureful, compact unit for home or office

Looks cheap, but better than HP or Lexmark.

The Bottom Line: Do you want a printer that takes $60 a month to run? Or $8 a month to run. Which is the lesser of two evils. Paper jams or ink cartridges.

Offers good features and ink is not expensive at all (again, maintenance cost must be considered).

Horrible Printer

Review: Takes too long to print
Ink too expensive and dry out too quickly
Copier is unusable whenever ANY cartridge is out.
Paper jams up easily

I have it so I only use Black. I hardly print anything in color. The other cartridges...

Don't Bother with Brother

Slave to ink cartridges

Review: I was happy with this multi-function printer until the first time I "ran out" of ink. The reason I put "ran out" in quotation marks is that although the printer will tell you the ink is gone, this happens when the printer is still printing just fine...
