A very forgiving and easy to use smoker. It's difficult to over cook your food.

The grill aspect is a weak OK.

After you start smoking, you can forget it for four hours, then you need to add water. Other than that, there's nothing to do. Absolutely easy, carefree, smoking.
The grilling just doesn't have enough heat to sear, but will cook a steak with the lid on. Grills delicate food, like fish, very well.
Four chickens, or four small boston butts, max capacity.
I have cooked 12# turkeys and they turned out beautiful in appearance, very moist and tender, smoked to perfection. The very best smoker I have ever used for family size quantities.
Clean up takes some work. You have two grills and a water pan to clean, but anybody can do it in 30 minutes or less.
