Author's Review

My son gets this magazine through Boy Scouts and I must say that it's one that we all read. There are articles about sports and sports figures, different types of animals, really cool vacation spots and lots of fun games, puzzles and mazes. Not only does it contain wonderful ideas and tips for outdoorsy type families, it goes into some more serious social issues too.

I was very impressed with the June, 2000 issue. There was a very good article in it about drugs. It was written so that even my 7 year old could comprehend it and also allowed for discussion with the family.

My son keeps them in his room on his bookshelf and I often see him with re-reading an old one. This one is certainly a keeper, not one that gets tossed when we receive the latest issue.
