Noisy, little air flow, handle broke

My wife and I bought this microwave/extractor fan after we realized it matched our wonderful Bosch gas range.

My experience with numerous Bosch dishwashers was that the quality was superb while the noise was almost nonexistent.

Upon installation I was shocked by the noise this thing made. Also, it had only two fan speeds, my sister-in-law's Kenmore (less than half the price) has three speeds and is quieter. The high speed does not move much air/exhaust from the stove.

Last month the handle broke apart (the unit is less than a year old).

I own quite a few Bosch tools and other appliances and have tremendous respect for the company. I can't believe that Bosch puts their good name on this unit. I am sorry I sold my old Broan extractor fan
