This DVD player has horrible volume. It is not nearly loud enough. You cannot hear it in the car, even with the headphones. The designing engineers need to go back to the drawing board and install a louder volume.

I received this as a gift and when I called the company to complain about the volume, they had the nerve to tell me they would repair it for $85 unless I had a receipt, which I don't because it was a gift.

DO NOT BUY THIS INFERIOR PRODUCT!
