They should have let these games stay in the arcades. Granted, they do have a loyal following of fans, but they do not have attributes that are well suited to transformation on the Game Boy. They are better in the arcades, where any number of buttons can be implemented, and the small screen of the Game Boy does not help in the matter at all.
These games are two of the most popular arcade games, but in the arcades, these quarter magnets can be played for as long as one wants. If you buy the Game Boy version, then you have to make a long term commitment to a product that gets boring quickly. Unless you are a loyal fan of one of the two games, let this stay on the shelf.
Head over to the local arcade and put some quarters in the arcade machines. That way you have control over how long you play. If you buy this, keep in mind that you must play it enough times to offset the losses that would have occurred by putting a quarter in for each game. If you plan to play one of these games a lot, then you should wait for another version of it, rather than buying this.
