Disturbingly poor performance

I bought this to integrate into my Nissan Titan dash with the double DIN IVA W200. Actually, I bought the IVA W300 specifically to integrate with the Nav unit. I love the integration into the Head Unit. The problem is, that's the only thing I like about it. The software is abysmally written. The drill down menu are confusing. The database coverage is pathetic, inaccurate and out of date. The database doesn't seem to have much information regarding residential areas. It knows the streets are there but cannot route you to them. The suggested routing will get you close (say a 1/2 mile away) and then tell you to follow a red dotted line (as a crow flies) to your final destination.

Rural roads are not well supported.
