The Bottom Line: At this time I cannot suggest the adaptec AVC-1410 as it does not do what it was initially purchased to do. You can not watch or record TV.
Review: The idea is rather simple. A device that allows you to record to your computer your video games, play your console games on the computer monitor, and watch TV on your computer screen.

Works well.

Review: Hardware: works great, usb, and it's cheap. It is not compatible with main stream video software.

Software: does the basics, but is lacking. The volume and mute don't work. The mpeg files it saves are HUGE.
