Great freeway car, city below par, poor craftsmanship
Pros:
Awesome level of standard features, Xenon's are brilliant, Comfortable trips. Loaner cars, needed them.
Cons:
Bad integrity of body, sagging headliner!!! too many loose parts!!! Quality Control BAD!
The Bottom Line:
I definitely recommend a long and thorough test drive and check everything! Its a great car, just be sure it came off the line with Acura quality.

Author's Review
What a ride on the freeway/highway, good MPG got about 31mpg going over 75mph, darn good. Solid feel and low noise on smooth highways, some noise over course roads. City MPG okay about 19-20mpg, must drive very slow in order to achieve a better mpg. Around town is okay, however a lot of noise on course roads for a premium vehicle. Suspension is a tad unresponsive over bumpy and course surfaces. TSX's suspension is more superior, especially if you prefer more of a sporty theme. Interior refinement is top notch especially compared to other vehicles in same class. Excellent ergonomics and feel to everything. Size is decent and trunk space is okay, too bad no folding seats to expand volume, pass through is impractical unless you are an avid skier. I don't really see the hype with the sound system. Tell you the truth I believe the old Bose systems were better. The DVD audio feature is still a new thing and availability of media is limited. Awful how system is not even MP3 capable.
Horrible craftsmanship on some of the construction of the so called Bullet proof TL. Problems with the driver's window rattling very loudly, dealer took care of some of the noise but still evident. The trunk latch became stuck and didn't work at times, dealer fixed but still makes awkward noise. Headliner problem has far been the worst. Took dealer 3 times to fix a sagging headliner even with an entirely new headliner. Too bad this TL has succumbed to bad quality control at the plant and I must even say the tech/service has been lacking as well. Why should it take numerous attempts to fix the headliner, I even had the service manager personally attempt to fix. Believe it or not just today I noticed the headliner is beginning to make is move down south again! What a miserable headache/experience! And by the way don't even think about even slightly opening the windows when its raining or even using the windshield fluid because it will only give your armrest and window controls a nice wash as well. What a design flaw, invest in those window visors it could save your electronics! The transmission has annoying downshifts too much programming versus the previous TL. All our encounters with numerous flaws have prompted us to rethink our purchase. Our selling dealer gave us no recourse other than, hey why won't you buy another one and trade that one in for a sharp depreciation!!! I thought they retained their value? We are tempted to get into a JAPAN made TSX rather than keeping this USA made TL. Watch out for this car, make sure you check everything before you consider this one. Open and close driver/pass. doors with the window cracked a bit. Make sure the windows don't sound like there about ready to break. Check the durability of the headliner and take it on a test drive where there are many irregularities on the road so you can make sure you can put up with some of the noise/rattles. Its certainly a nice car but seriously questionable as far as build integrity.
