One of the best

It took me several years to get the Blue Album but it was worth the wait. This is one of the best compilation CDs and ranks high among my favorites. Any Beatles fan would appreciate this album.

The first CD starts off with Strawberry Fields Forever and ends on a heavier note with Revolution. You can jump on and take the Magical Mystery Tour and meet Lady Madonna. There's also Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds. Stroll down Penny Lane and you run into Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. If you have any trouble, it's not a problem. You can always get by With A Little Help From My Friends, one of my favorites. Another favorite of mine is Hello, Goodbye. I can't get enough of that one. It also includes A Day in the Life, I Am The Walrus, and The Fool On The Hill. The longest song is of course, Hey Jude. And track seven reminds you that All You Need Is Love.

The second disc first goes Back In The USSR and then goes into While My Guitar Gently Weeps. It also includes the original Across The Universe, which Fiona Apple did a remake of. There's also the upbeat Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da. If that's not what you're looking for then you can also check out The Long And Winding Road and Let It Be. You can also Get Back to track six which is The Ballad of John And Yoko. Also included is the Old Brown Shoe, Come Together, and Something. Here Comes The Sun and Don't Let Me Down are among my favorites. But my favorite off the second CD is the Octopus's Garden. It's a fun little song and it's hard to get past.

No Beatles fan should be without this. The Blue Album has a lot of the hits and more. It is better than the Red Album. Definitely worth checking it out if you don't own it yet.
