A good beginner tape

I have to admit that this is my very first exercise tape so I have nothing to rate it against. However I can say that as a beginner I have found this tape really easy to follow. I wouldn't really suggest it if you are someone who works out all the time as you most likely would not find it challenging at all. I have to say the thigh workout is my favourite it really gets you sweating. If you are short on time or just want to get into an exercise routine I would have to say I have found this tape motivating. I guess my biggest problem with exercise tapes is my lack of coordination, however I have noticed that each time I use the tape I get better at it, as it is not to advanced. I bought this product because I thought it would be a good starting point for my exercise routine and I have to say I am not disappointed. Although I feel like there is not enough emphasis put on stretching.
