2101 Issues

Pros: The NBX system is very useable and manageable. Had very few issues with it.

Cons: Again, 2101 and 2102 phones are JUNK!!!

We have found that the hookswitch design is poor at best. After two or three months of use the hookswitches will fail to connect properly. You can disassemble the phones and clean them but this is time consuming at best. We purchased the warranty but the phones they send are just the same with the hookswitch cleaned.

Haven't tried the 3101's but the 2101's are junk!!!!!!
