New life for an old G3 Mac

The Bottom Line: Recommended because of the speedboost, the stability and the compatibility and because it's cheaper than other G4 ZIFs
Review: Installation is a breeze. Instructions are very clear. Open your Mac, remove the heatsink and replace the original processor by this one.
In a G3 Beige, you'll need cache enabler software and you have to install a special Startup disk X control...
