This handy skillet, which measures 11" by 15", easily accommodates extra large cuts of beef, pork, and poutry with its generous base and high dome cover. It also fries, grills, roasts, stews, and cooks casseroles to perfection. Features a tough EverNu cover that won't dent, warp, bend, or peel and a heavy cast aluminum base that is virtually warp-proof. DiamondCoat® deluxe nonstick finish, inside and out, provides stick-free cooking and easy cleaning. Accurate cooking temperature is maintained with the Control Master® heat control. Fully immersible and dishwasher safe with the heat control removed. 2-year limited warranty. 120 volts AC, 1300 watts.
