The Bottom Line: There has to be a better oil-blotting sheet out there. This one is a big disappointment.
Review: My mom ends up with a lot of beauty products and cosmetics that she doesn't use. She gets them either at Sephora as samples or in kits or sets along with products she does use. She gives me the things she doesn't want, and sometimes these are things...
