Oster 2611--it seemed to have such potential

The Bottom Line: I just wouldn't recommend it. There are other blenders for a similar price that are probably more durable.
Review: On about day 2 of the South Beach diet, I realized I wasn't going to be able to deal with eggs for breakfast all the time. So I bought myself some protein shakes and decided to get an immersion blender so I wouldn't have to drag out my big blender...

The Worst!

Review: We've used several handhelds - for the office, home, cabin . . . and without a doubt the Oster brand is the absolute worst. It's screaming loud, is smells like electricity, and it splatters all over the place. You have to put your hand over the unit...
