This Masterbuilt electric digital turkey fryer and seafood kettle features a 28-qt aluminum inner pot and an aluminum bailing basket with a drain clip to safely and easily drain hot liquids. Liquids drain from the pot easily with a Turkey Tap drain valve.

The Bottom Line: I live in a condo which is not good for the regular deep fryers, this is a inside fryer, and boils and steams huge amounts of food.
