Intel® Pentium® II processors - Low Power at 266 and 333 MHz bring performance and efficient power consumption to applied computing applications. Originally designed for the Mobile PC market segment, these processors are supported for embedded product life cycles. To further enhance performance, the processors integrate 256 Kbytes of on-die L2 cache. They are available in a compact, surface-mount BGA package that measures just 31 x 34 mm x 2.4 mm in height. This makes the Pentium II processor - Low Power an ideal processor for embedded designs with space-limited form factors.
