The 24-3/4" scale is slightly shorter than many electric guitars, making for less string tension and easier play. Agathis body and maple neck with rosewood fretboard promise superb stability and long life.

The Bottom Line: If you want to buy an inexpensive Epiphone SG, the Viper 50 should be must see.
