The Ab Killer

The Bottom Line:

Great for working out the lower abs, and easy to use.  Also fairly inexpensive.

Review: I purchased the Ab roller slide several years ago at a yard sale.  I had tried a regular single wheel roller before, and was impressed with the workout that it gave me.  But I had a little trouble balancing it, and had to concentrate on balancing it...

The Bottom Line: A great, light weight, portable abdominal exerciser that delivers results. Cheap too!
Review: I found this product to be well worth the money & would recommend it to others. The first time you try it you are going to be able to do a bunch of them ..... WARNING .... don't!! The next day you will feel like someone punched you a bunch of times...
