Use it in the flat, open grilling position to cook large quantities of food; in the elevated, broil-like position; or in the closed position to melt cheese or reheat foods. Meats and fish are obvious choices for this appliance, but grilled veggie sandwiches, veggie burgers, and tofu dogs work well too. The unit's adjustable thermostat controls the heating elements of both nonstick grill plates, while drip trays catch run-off fat for healthier cooking.
