Curve for Men was out of stock when I first visited the web site and I chose to be informed when restocked. I didn't hear from you within 10 days and revisited the site by chance. Curve was back in stock, so I placed my order, received it and stil haven't heard from you. This is a little disappointing.

They need to change their delivery service (currently FedEx). Somehow the items shipped Nov 10th and went from FL to MA, and are slowly making their way to NE (I hope, since I have received the items yet, as of Nov 24th). Not the first time I've had problems with FedEx deliveries. Reason I'll probably still deal with Scentiments is they do have some good values on the perfumes.

I've ordered from them before and never had a problem.It seems as if Fed-ex is the one having a problem getting my order delivered. One day on the tracking it said delivery would be on Nov. 23, now it says on Nov.27..????????????

I have ordered from them before and received good service but this time it was unacceptable. It took almost 2 weeks to receive the merchandise and when it arrived, it was the wrong one. I had to go out of town with no perfume and when I got home I found the wrong fragrance, which I now have to return.

I ordered because the website advertised "no minimum purchase, free standard shipping", I was charged on 11.06.09 and I still have not been refunded the shipping and handling charges as of today, 11.14.09. I had to contact Customer Service about the issue. They offered no consolation for the mix up, but said the shipping and handling would be refunded. I also received a hand written statement on a piece of paper included with the order that stated, "We will make sure the shipping charge is refunded right away." Neither the e-mail nor the piece of paper was signed with the name of a person, just "Scentiments Customer Service." We'll see how much longer it will take them to refund the $3.99.

The experience was good overall. I would purchase from the site again. I was able to find 1 item out of the 3 I was looking for. The other 2 were not in stock, but I would definitely look to this site first in other cologne/perfume future purchases.

I absolutely have no clue why Scentiments has such high ratings. I have purchased from this site. A Burberry and A Ralph. Both are FAKE. And I;m 100% sure about this. The perfumes are not authentic at all. I can totally tel from the packaging and the staying power of the scent, especially the packaging, which is TOTALLY crap. ow I use the fake perfume as my room spray. You guys, BEWARE !!!!

2 arrived in good shape...1 bottle came in an unwrapped box and the lid is covered in a sticky white substance. 12 hours soaking in Goo Gone has not moved it. It's really gross.
