I just received an email notice on 11/19 that the food bumpers had been backordered and that there will be 12-day delay in shipping my order. The message did NOT indicate if the other items I ordered would be shipped separately or if the whole order would be delayed. I am quite surprised that this item would still be listed as available but then have to be backordered. Many sites indicate up front that a listed item is currently out of stock so shoppers can go to another vendor and order there if they do not want to or cannot wait. I ordered on 11/12, exactly one week ago. To receive a notice this late that certain items have been backordered is poor customer service. If the information that the item was not available was not going to be shown on the web site at the time I wanted to order, it should at least have come within a day or two after I ordered, not close to the time I expected to receive the shipment. Also even though the size of my order entitled me to free shipping, because the delay is not my fault, the company should send the other items at no shipping cost to me and follow with the missing item(s) when they are available, again at no shipping cost to me. Otherwise they have to do a better job of letting customers know either right up front about the nonavailabity of a product or very soon after the order is placed. And even if quick notice is given of shipping delay, if the entire order will be delayed so that the free shipping can be utilized, some additional "we're sorry" benefit should be supplied; perhaps free shipping on a next order regardless of size or a discount on the merchandise in the next order. But to send out 12-day delay notice not only a week after the order was placed but also around the time the shipment was expected to arrive leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Order was received in 3 days. This is the second time, I have ordered this product. I found this to be the best price, for the same product after reviewing several websites. If I ever need to look for a health related product again, I will check Health products for you first. Bonnie

I was unable to purchase on-line using my credit card. I use this card daily and never have any difficulty with it. This necessitated a time-consuming phone call and sending a check, which extends the time before I receive the product. I don't know if I will use this service again because I have not yet received the goods. If I receive them this week and if they are up to my expectations, I would consider using you again. I have been fitted twice with the wrong type of prosthesis. A lady at a survivor shop informed me of the correct prosthesis. I did some searching on the internet and found exactly what I needed for a much better price that the store could offer it to be (my insurance only pays for one prosthesis and it was the wrong type). I am very, very happy that my husband bought me this prosthesis!! It fits so much better! Thank you!
