I've ordered a few things from this vendor. Web site is easy to use. Thus far, products that are advertised have been in stock and were promptly shipped (unlike some other web merchants). I'll buy more stuff from them.

Should be more up front about the handling fee. It's a trick to say there's no shipping charges and then back door it with a handling fee.

The best thing ecost has going for them is their price. I hate that I'm taxed and it's being sent from Tennesse. I thought they only happened when u made in state purchases.

Avoid at all cost, a few bucks saved and fast delivery isn't worth a non-existent return policy for doa electronics.

Microtek scanmaker 5950 arrived broken. Ecost will not accept return, even if I pay shipping. Manufacturer keeps referring me to Ecost and will not accept return either. Next stop is the local courts.

Well to start off by saying i'm glad to have dropped apon their site,as i pritty much have it as part of my daily routine now to look for specials. I was under the impretion another site i've always looked at at the best deals .E-Cost is defenately my new place to shop ,great deals ,good and speedy delivery and at least you can always and i mean always find something different. A little scammy --They give you a great price and free shipping, then they stick on -- right at the end, without warning -- a $5 "handling fee". By now it's almost done so I just went ahead. But that's the free shipping. Really scummy. I always warn people now about them. Great prices there are only... good, after that.
