my only issue was i had seen this item ad in a magazine and went to the web site and had difficulty finding it on the site

More information should be included in the product description such as button closure (they were very small) and colors of accessories shown with the clothes. I tried to find out which wings were shown with a particular dress and my e-mail was not answered.

I was able to find exactly what i wanted and got it personalized at a decent price, i still have not recieved my order yet, the shipping is a bit slow

I did receive notice it would ship on Dec 11, yet it is now the morning of Dec 17 and I have not received it.

The quality of the shirts was not worth the amount they charged. Also shipping was expensive.

I ordered a size 4 childs shoe that was too big even for me (an adult size 6). If you list the size as a childs size 4, you should be a childs size 4 not an adult size 8. No refund of shipping charges. I never would have ordered had I known that they are not US sizes.

I love the products offered from this company. The quality has been consistant. I would like to be able to view larger, closer images online and for my items to stay in my shopping cart longer. Otherwise, I will continue to shop with this company and recommend it to my friends.

I like shopping at this merchant, but it seems like everytime I order something it is on backorder a day later and I have to wait for it to come in. They also do not notify their customers if something becomes backordered and is delayed in shipping.......

I love Chasing Fireflies. Their products are wonderful but their website sucks! It is very difficult to find items because there are very few categories and no way to search. Ex: if you want to buy a top you have to look at all the tops you cannot search by size, color or style. For such a sophisticated retailer you would expect them to have a modern website.

The products are one of a kind, so I will shop the company in the future. I did have to sign in to track my shipment. I felt that shouldn't be necessary, and it became time consuming and then a call to customer service. In regards to question 2, I haven't received my product yet.

Fabulous high quality product, HOWEVER... even though I paid EXTRA money for 3 day shipping, it still took 8 days to reach me. My package crisscrossed the country several times and the box was OPEN and quite beat up by the time it was left on my front porch. Fortunately, the products were unharmed. Amazon.com has much cheaper, faster shipping and I've never received an open or beat up box from Amazon. Chasing Fireflies should find out how Amazon does it. You've got great products! Don't let UPS blow it for you...

The service is normally much better than what I received last time I've placed an order: I had to call more than once because the first time I was told that the items I wanted to purchase were out of stock but they were showing available online so I purchased them over the internet. However I received a prompt response to an inquiry I have sent by e-mail. Service still is above good.

Because I forgot to order an item it was necessary for me to call to see if it could be added to my order. The representative was very pleasant and extreamly helpful. She added the additional item and I rececived the entire order promptly with no additional shipping charges. Will definately use this unique mechant again!

I am waiting for the dress, I received the boys pants and sweater but the sweater is the wrong size (my fault) and is sold out in the size I need. I have to return the sweater which I will do soon but I cannot find an appropriate comparable sweater which is in stock. The pj's are in route now and expected to deliver this week. I would like to be able to send another survey when I receive the pj's and dress. The dress is due to ship on the 30th of Nov. Thank you. Tracking does not tell much except to show the date it left the plant.
