Excellent pricing, great shipping policy (free 2nd day), and no sales tax for my state (NJ) add up to a very appealing package.

Two-day shipping is great, but taking longer than that to process an order for a nominally in-stock item is less desirable. I ordered Sunday afternoon; as of mid-afternoon EST Tuesday, the order was still stuck in processing. I'm traveling on business this weekend, and 2-day shipping was a key reason to buy from ZipZoomFly. I'll be upset if it doesn't make it here by Friday.

As long as you realize that "2-day" means "up to a week before you get it", it's a great outfit and I would recommend them.

When the software that the HDD manufacturer supplied with the drive failed to work, I contacted both the manufacturer and ZipZoomFly. ZipZoomFly responded at least 24 hours before the manufacturer did and provided an RMA number to return the drive. I ultimately got the drive working, in part by downloading new software from the manufacturer's Web site, so I did not have to return the drive, but it was very reassuring to know that ZipZoomFly was so responsive.

They sent me a damaged Computer case. There was tape on the outside and a broken tray with tape on the inside. Obviously someone else's returned item. They agreed to refund the item and pay for my shipping charges. Then after I paid UPS $16.97 (14 lbs)for shipping and called them back, they refused to reimburse me the amount. I understand if this was the manufacturer's fault, but in this case it wasn't. they should have notice a used and visibly taped box.The girl I originally spoke with, would not speak to me. She would not return my calls or emails, and had the other employees make up excuses (Kimberly). I'll never order from them again. Way to lose a valuable customer ZipZoomFly.com.

The corder accuracy and delivery speed were very good. However, the contents of the box of the product that I ordered is somehow a little bit not consistent with the description of the AD on the website. I ordered a USB2.0+Firewire Cardbus by this transaction on this website. On this website the AD of this product says the features and benefit of this products "Provides one 4-pin and one 6-pin 1394 Connectors".
I thought I would find the 4-pin and 6-pin 1394 Connectors (cables) in the package, which are supposed to be included in the package based on the AD. But I did not. I contacted the customer service and waiting for their response.I don't know whose fault this is.

I am very disappointed at their order accuracy i ordered a Black LCD monitor they sent an Ivory? They have a Great delivery time, however the return shipping sucks! I returned the Monitor (with their label) over a week ago and it still hasn't gotten there.Also their customer service leaves a lot to be desired they acted like it was my fault that they had shipped the Wrong LCD......they NEVER as much as said Sorry!
