While I link many products to ZipZoom (formely googlegear) at my site compumagic shop, I will warn you that, though their prices are the best for many products, and carry more products than many other companies, their customer support and order turn around time is very poor. Yet, they offer lots of free shipping, and the lowest prices. Always call them to confirm your order, about 24 hours after placing it. Call 510-739-1890 ext 2100 with your order number to confirm. First time customers especially, since they must verify you to prevent credit card fraud. They always hold your order for 2 days, and sometimes longer if you do not call to confirm. Other than that, ZipZoom has some of the best prices for computer hardware I have seen. One good thing about ZipZoom, besides the prices, is that you can place an order, and cancel it within 24 hours, and sometimes even after 48 hours, depending on how fast they are processing orders. This actually can be in your favor if you decide later that you wanted to change your order.

A real example: I ordered about 1000 worth of parts, and then was doing some research and found that I should change one of those items. I was able to cancel my order with zipzoom, after more than 24 hours. They have a cancel button to do this, and it is also too close to a link for viewing the order details, but you are prompted in case you hit the cancel button by mistake. In the mean time before I cancelled it, I got a call from ZipZoom to confirm my ID (they say they do this for first time customers). The fact is I was not first time, I had to create a new account there because I had such a hard time getting into old account because I could not find my password, and their system for getting your password back failed. I ended up creating several accounts to get it finally to work. Then, after they called me, I still had the chance to cancel the order, as the status never changed! So I cancelled it and then resubmitted a new revised order. 2 days later, it still was not processed. So I called them and the woman on the phone said she would release the order and it would ship the next day. I said Try to get it out today please. She said it would ship today or tomorrow. They use FedEx, which is good, but FedEx often requires signature at door.
