Bogs boots and shoes are hard to find this time of year, even on the official Bogs brand web site. Zappos had the shoes my husband was looking for. This was my first time shopping at Zappos, and I would definitely shop there again since you offer free shipping and returns.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I always enjoy buying from zappos, mostly because of the quick shipping they do. I hate ordering something and then having to wait a week or so to get it. So, that's why I love Zappos the most. Also, the customer reviews are a big bonus, too. Helps a lot in the decision making process.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Outstanding, spectacular, unbelievable, out of this world service. I am extremely and positively impressed by Zappo's service. The best my family has had in the last 5 years to say the least. I also had the chance to speak to a Customer Service Representative about shoe sizes and models, and he could have not being more kind and helpful. Zappos is by far the best online store to order from.  They always have free shipping there and back.  Most places only have free shipping a few times a year, and you still have to pay shipping back if you need to return your items.  I   Read full review...  I would shop here again	Overall Rating: Customer service:

My shoes came in a very timely manner and in pristine condition. Because I had had this style and brand previously I did not have trouble with the fit. I detest shoe shopping which made this experience perfect. I do not think that I would try a new style via mail as it would take some time mailing back and forth but with a known brand and style, I will do this many times. The only reason for return was that this was a gift for my son and he changed his mind as to the style of boot he wanted. I received the order in one day!
