Zales.com has great jewelry and surprisingly cheap prices. I didn't plan on shopping for jewelry online, except that zales has a platinum anniversary band ring for $199.00. My first thought was price error, so i left that site. The next day i decided to see if the ring was still the same price, if it was I was going to buy it,lol I mean $200 dollars for a platinum ring you just can't beat that. So i checked again and the price was still the same. I whip out the credit card ( hoping it would go through,lol ). What do you know, problems with their checkout site. Damn,I thought now what? I decieded to call the customer service number and double damn again, i stayed on the phone for a good 20 minutes before i hung up. called again today (12/22/99) and finally got a voice, but triple damn the ring is back ordered and probably won't be in until Jan. I asked to make sure if the price was correct she said yes, i also asked if it was platinum and was it really $199. again yes. The operator also told me I could try Zales stores to see if they have it. ( I checked, they didn't) I will call back again in Jan. Just in case you want to know the item number it's 14476592
