Pros: Good quality and friendly customer service

Cons: It took several calls to get the price straight

I was helping my husband pick out my Christmas present on-line and we were shopping at Zales. I found a pair of earrings and ordered them. FedEx delivered them the very next day. They were beautiful, but the price on the packing slip was not the same price that I ordered them for. Their customer service was most helpful, although it did take several day before everything was totally worked out. Zales stood behind their quoted price and now they have a very committed and happy customer. I plan to shop there again and would recommend that you do so as well.
