Very deceptive website. It describes features you expect to get but can only get when you buy several other products. What I expected and what I got were completely different. I paid an extra $47 for overnight delivery because I had an urgent need, but one of the key elements (VCR Commander)would not function as described in the installation instructions. My attempts to resolve the problem by e-mail were answered with cut and paste answers repeating the instructions I already had or with one sentence kiss-off answers. Most of the questions, including information requests about what additional products I needed to buy to make it do what I originally intended, went unanswered. After several attempts, I was sent a RMA, but I have to pay the shipping. So the overnight delivery charge was a complete waste....the entire purchase was a complete waste. And the description of the problem on the RMA is "does not beep correctly". A better description would be, "does not function as described". This was a $177 lesson in the pitfalls of buying over the internet. To think I was ready to spend another $200 for additional equipment and software. I never dreamed I would say Radio Shack is a better alternative.
