I felt like the way items looked on the site was the not the same as the actual items. For example, a pair of earrings looked much larger on the site vs. when they arrived.

It was very easy to shop at this site. I received my order in good condition and in a timely manner. I have shopped again at this merchant since placing my original order. The only thing I would change is that they would send you an order confirmation e-mail. They do not currently do that when you place an order.

It would be helpful to list the shipper on your order tracking website. You could also provide a link from the shipping tracking number to the shipper's website.

I ordered for the first time from Wrapables a couple weeks before Christmas. The order came in a fairly timely manner but I received a broken item. It was fairly apparent that it was broken before they even sent it but anyway. It took over three weeks to finally get any resolution. I called and called and emailed and emailed and never talked to an actual person. Still to this day I have yet to talk to a real person. My only communications were leaving voicemails since no one answers the phone there and sending emails no one answered. If finally took a threat of going to my credit card company and coming here that they FINALLY sent me an email. They did send me a replacement item and credit the item to my account BUT it was over two weeks AFTER Christmas. So I guess I'll give it next year . . . A disappointing experience.

Overall I had a miserable experience with this company. Their ordering process does not make sense and their website is deceiving as there is no mention of two factors. One is that there are delays in shipping if you send something from their site as a gift to another person and the other is that someone has to sign for the package. The person I spoke with at customer service was also very short with me in my asking her to release the packages. It is a shame as the products on wrapables are top notch and very creative however getting the product to the consumer was quite a hassle. Currently, I'm still waiting on this company to respond to my email and voicemail about replacing a bowl that got broken in the shipping process. I still have had no response.

When I received the package it was in tact, but the product inside, does not work, I cannot figure out how to make it turn on. Maybe the batteries are dead, But it does not tell you what kind of battery to purchase. I am not happy with the item at all. But it was a gift I gave for Christmas, It was just kind of embarassing

I LOVED the products on the Wrapables website. I marked it as one of my favorites. I was also thrilled with the promotional gift (the bottle stopper). I told my sister-in-law about the website and she ordered from it as well. We both enjoyed looking at the many different items they sell and it's nice to know there is a place to get gifts that are unique.
