The shower curtain that I ordered had defects in the material. I've returned it for replacement. The return process was very convenient. As I just sent the defective curtain back I'm still waiting for the replacement.

Web site would not accept my order without "Signing up" and then it still wouldn't accept my name and password. When I called customer service she couldn't actually take the order, so I was back where I started. Frustrated. I do a great deal of on-line shopping, but never again at this site!

I was very happy with my first large purchase from www.wrapables.com until I realized one of the items I purchased was damaged. When I called them for a return, they refused to exchange the product. After wasting 30 minutes on the phone, they agreed to exchange it. Then, they told me to mail it back to them using a shipping code, which I learned was invalid. So, I wasted another 30 minutes in line to mail it. Finally, I am making my last attempt to return it, but I have been very unimpressed by the customer service representatives, who are more interested in reading their prepared scripts instead of actually listening to the problem the customer is having. I will never shop here again. I get better deals from the sale sections on www.crateandbarrel.com and www.potterybarn.com.

I was excited to find a shopping destination with different product selections. It seems like all other merchants (bed,bath&beyond, linen n' things, etc.) carry pretty much the same products. It's refreshing to find a place that's unique.

My issue really had to do with them verifing my billing address versus my shipping address. That in and of itself is a good thing. The problem was that they left a message for me to call them back. When I did, all I got was a voice mailbox. This is unaccepatble. The company should have service reps available at all times, ESPECIALLY if people have to call in to verify differences in billing vs. shipping information. Further, Wrapables.com shares "phone" space with some other company. When I redirected myself to the operator, I was treated rudely.

I discovered your company accidentally from a link to another company that e-mails me. The prices and shipping looked very reasonable at first glance so I just browsed through the website and saw a few things I could get for my son's birthday and 2 things I especially liked for myself. I placed the order easily and quickly but afterwards remembered that I needed the gifts in one week when I'd be out of town meeting my son. They arrived in plenty of time and were a big hit with him. I am also pleased with the 2 items I chose for myself. The site was easy to navigate and the items were as shown. I am quite happy with the company.

I think that it is a good website, with a variety of reasonably priced, well-designed items. I would definitely purchase from them again. My only complaint is that the product descriptions weren't as extensive as I would have liked. For example, I ordered a queen size sheet set, but it wasn't indicated that there were pillow cases included (perhaps this is a standard that I wasn't aware of.... ), so I ordered an additional set ala carte. Not really a problem, I will use them, but I would have preferred to know.
