I ordered the product 2 day delivery. I ordered on Monday. It was shipped on Friday. I was told it was shipped FEDEX. I could not track it as the tracking number did not show up on their list. I received the package on Monday to discover it was shipped UPS.

I was able to find exactly what I needed at a good price. The merchandise was shipped the next day and it arrived the day after that. Everyting was there and intact. I emailed a question about a $50 gift card I was to receive with my order, and I received an answer promptly. I would definitely shop with wolf.com again!

Shipping was delayed and I missed the occasion for which I purchased the camera. I was talking to customer care daily on phone/chat. They told me that shipping is ready for 4 days repeatedly. But at last I got my merchandise after the occasion was past. Good product and price but relatively poor customer service. No one is held accountable for the service.

I find the staff at all Wolf Locations that I have visited to be under trained and uncaring about any customer service needs. In particular the Colorado Blvd. store in Denver, CO has the most unconcerned manager I have ever met. Incapable of resolving service issues, Patty makes excuses on why her store is allowed to be sub par. I am a manager in customer service, I am embarrassed for Wolf Camera for having such a poor employee managing a store.

I tried to order an online gift certificate for a friend's birthday. She did not recieve the gift certificate and after contacting wolfcamera twice I was told they could not cancel the order, nor could they show proof of anyone receiving or using the gift certificate. I used another on-line merchant with no problem to send her a different gift certificate. I will not use wolfcamera.com again in the future

tried to buy the nikon d40 and lenses and stuff for my son's class in school. Upon completion of the order was told that the camera was out of stock and on a backlist for 3 weeks. CS was very nice and helpful :-) Since we couldn't wait that long i cancelled the entire order and went into a wolf/ritz camera store locally to find the same items. not a big deal just not as convenient. thanks for having the most comprehensive insurance package ANYWHERE as this is for a teenager. He loves it BTW :-) THANKS THANKS THANKS!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the return procedure. It took over 30 days to receive the return authorization code. It then took seven(!)months to receive the credit to my credit card. Repeated phone calls (remembering to write down the name of whom I spoke with) did no good. An incredibly frustrating experience. I will not even consider shopping on-line with this merchant ever again.

AWFUL. I ordered the items, paid to have them rush delivered. They didn't arrive. Called customer service and was advised they were on back order. Requested the order be cancelled. 4 weeks later they ship the items. I have to send them all back. No credit to my credit card has been received. Called Customer service again to check on the status of my refund. Was to receive an email stating they were processing it. Still have not received the refund and or email. This has been nothing but one big hassel for me with no follow through on their part.

Actual catalog can be cumbersome as not all items are in categories so it's hard to browse so it can be hard to find an item if you don't know what it's called. The shipping tracking page didn't work at all.

This has been the absolute worst online and phone shopping experience I have ever had. They are totally incompetent and rude. I recommend BH Photo as an alternative. In fact I am canceling my order with them because after 6 calls they still can't get their act together!

What a terrible Company! They want information that is none of their business. They claim it was for my security, however, my Credit Card Company told me not to divulge this information! The charge was approved and they still would not ship the order! I finally canceled it and bought the same merchandise from another vendor. They will never get my business or any business from my friends again!
