The store was awesome as far as products and shipping was wicked til it got here and I had to pay an additional $30 for duties. So I pretty much paid the same for shipping as I did for the products. Could have sent as a gift or something to save me money. Otherwise awesome store, have already recommended to friends and family.

The banner I bought was for my daughters 5-year cancer free birthday party. She had a brain tumor and was not expected to live in 2002. She's 13 now and the banner is beautiful. I will def. tell people who ask, where I bought it. AND we will keep it for her as a part of her memory collection.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the size of the Ice Cream Cone Bubbles. I had purchase some at a local Party America store but they didn't have the amount I needed and they were much larger than the ones I purchased from Windy City. I do like their website, the offer alot of products which is really good!

The shipping time was EXCELLENT. The glasses and bracelets I ordered though, were child size and this was not specified on the website. Sometimes people don't always readily understand dimensions but it should have been specified that they were for children and not adults. Other than that the shopping experience was good enough for me to return as a customer I will just call and be sure that the items are big enough for the group that I'm ordering for. Thank you.

Received excellent service from Brandi to assure that my ordered arrived on time. Unfortunately the flashlights I ordered did not work (only 5 of the 12 worked). The only remedy provided to me was that I send the flashlights back, then they would send me new ones. This was unacceptable because it would not allow the new flashlights to arrive in time for my event. I was forced to quickly shop locally and pay a very high price for the flashlights needed for my event.

The design of the constuction hats was disappointing: 1] the bill was excessively short 2] the color was a dull yellow instead of the bright yellow used to insure that the wearer gets noticed

I needed to call Chem Light because no directions were included in the boxes on how to activate the glowing shot glasses. The representative gave me info as best he could--it was good enough so that I can use the product now. But he was unaware of some of the materials included in the box and their purpose. I still don't know what these additional items are or how they are supposed to be used!

Everything was excellent except for one thing. The quality of some of the flashing lights I bought does not seem to be very good- they give out after a short time and no longer blink. It may be a defect from the manufacturer and may not be windy city novelties fault at all.

My order came in 3 days time. I was surprised it was so quickly. The merchandise is everything I expected it to be. The only problem was that 2 of the same color(white) sunglasses were picked instead of one white, one pink. That is ok though, I am happy with the product.

I spent a great deal of time looking for items for a Girl Scout event. I was thrilled to have found Windy City Novelties. Not only did they have exactly what I needed at a reasonable price but they delivered my items even quicker than I had expected. I will definitely shop with Windy City Novelties in the future.
