very positve experiece..returned product because not color i expected...it looked like navy blue on screen, but it was black....also zipper caught on the threads when i tried to zip it...it already has a few pulled strings when i received it....besides all that- love the products......return was handled very easily too...

one customer service person who clearly did not communicate well. She told me she did not have the white shirt I ordered and asked if I wanted to cancel it - when I said yes - she must have cancelled the balance of the order because nothing else was delivered after that c onversation.

Shopping online with this company very easy...the ONLY NEGATIVE comment I can make is that the box which held the child's carseat arrived in such a condition (box was re-taped and re-taped & looked very old) made me initially think that the car seat was NOT NEW....since I had never ordered from this online business before I was initially quite upset, thinking that I had been shipped a used item....however, upon examining the item inside, all was well!

What she buys has ALWAYS been awesome! My ugg cargo boots are amazing I love love love them. Im a 6 1/2 and I bought the boots in a 7 (rounded up) DON'T DO THAT! round down! I didn't want my feet to show through the knit and now I have to wear extremely thick socks and they still slip. on Uggs website they tell you that they run big and they do. But my boots are awesome and everyone wants them now they are 140.00 at dillards and less than 100. here!!! Plus no tax!

You have products, I cannot find in retail stores and also free shipping is really a plus and I save gas and time and can shop at any hour. Also, occassionally you do hace discounted coupons for products I use. I like the idea of samples, try before you buy, because sometimes, i will buy a product and it doesn't work for me and then it is wasted.

This is my favorite online shopping site, so I am trying something new. My last order contained "special order" pillowcases. WhatSheBuys.com promptly confirmed purchase of SO items--very professional. Now waiting on delivery of SO items.

I needed to return the item because it wasn't as roomy as I had hoped. Returns are difficult. I followed the online instructions and it didn't work. Then I called customer service an they emailed the appropriate form. I wish returns could take fewer steps. I have not received confirmation of a refund yet(one week).
