Two times I've ordered from Vitamaker and the both times shipping was delayed until I called to complain. Always apologetic but NEVER on time. I'll never order from them again. I found better prices at Allstar Health and their shipping was great.

It took a little longer to get my order than the first time I ordered from you. Next time I will give myself longer to expect order and order my supply earlier. I almost ran out of supply this time.

Ordered and paid through PayPal on the 5th of Oct.  The didn't ship my order until the 15th of Oct.  This is totally unacceptable.

I hope they enjoy my money from this order 'cause they'll never see anymore.

I had ordered a skin care product from another on-line company, but that company was out of stock and did not know when they would be receiving a shipment of the item.  I then did another search for the product and found it at Vitamaker.com.  The price was slightly higher, but they were able to ship immediately.  I had it within two days.  I would most certainly consider ordering from them again.

First time used.  Very poor service. Paid almost $20 for 2 day delivery. After it wasn't delivered, I called and they said it was back-ordered until the next week. I had been notified via e-mail they it was shipped.   They asked me if I wanted to still ship it then in 2 days.  I told them no way.  Don't use this website.

I would purchase from Vitamaker IF I didn't need the products within the next two weeks. Their shipping is HORRIBLE and they do not respond to queries about the delay. The product line is extensive and their prices are excellent. The only issue is shipping. I noticed this same comment on other reviews so it's not just me

Not satisfied at all with the service provided by Vitamaker. Initially the low cost of the supplements enticed me to shop at Vitamaker. So I decided to place an order with Vitamaker on February 6, ensuring nothing ordered was on back order. Waiting in anticipation for my package to arrive, I checked the status of my shipment via Fedex only to discover my order was not sent to Fedex for pickup, a full 3 business days following order submission. I immediately contacted Vitamaker and spoke to one of their Representatives to inquire about my order. The Representative was not only very curt and short with me but was dishonest advising the package was on a Fedex truck for delivery. Needless to say, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service provided and cancelled my order. Never again will I shop at Vitmaker.com

Facts: Order was made before noon on a tuesday and in-stock product wasn't shipped until thursday afternoon. No response to emails to customer service.  Order took 10 days to arrive, competitors typically deliver goods in half the time. Will not use this merchant again.

My first order for four (4) games was confirmed via e-mail and arrived short one product. The invoice in the box did not even reference the missing game. I had to call and ask them about it and they said it was out of stock. I checked on-line a few days later and found the item listed as in stock, so I ordered it again. This time I got a voicemail stating that the game was out of stock. I had to call back several times to get through and cancel the order. The site is not up to date with inventory and they lack communications.

still do not have the product, e-mailed several times....
Calling is a joke, I called 3 days and no one ever anwsered
When I finally got an anwser he said they where sending out my order immediatly,  still waiting      Called back today after 15 minutes someone finally anwsered and she said my order was canceled and credit was put back on my card
, I should seea credit within 3- 5 business days..... Gets better people after that call, tonight I recieved an e-mail that my product  shipped out today .... LOL  so what is it, product coming  or getting money back   I can only stay tuned

Ordered & paid for 10-22. When tracked, stated "shipped." 10-29 - no package arrival - emailed them. 11-1 still no package - emailed again. Today get response stating that my order was cancelled - not by me. My pet needs his joint supplement. Now will shop at reputable place with better service & reliabiity.

HORRIBLE... They kept my money and never received my package, I wrote them serveral emails and nothing, they just ignored me. its been almost 5 months since I placed the order and nothing.

The coconut oil leaked so some was lost in transit. Not enough for me to raise a fuss about it but enough to make it annoying to deal with when taking it out of the packaging.

I've been using Vitamaker for years because they have the product I like (Mega Pro Vasopro Ephedrine Hcl) and they have very quick shipping. This was one of the very few times shipping took longer than expected, but only by 2 business days. This was the 1st time I ordered the Caffeine Alert (used to use "NoDoz") and I've been very happy with it and will probably order it again instead of buying NoDoz in a store.

I placed an order with Vitamaker on 8/12/08. I received an email on 8/13 informing me my credit card had been charged and the order had shipped - complete with FedEx tracking number. After the delivery date had come and gone I phoned FedEx only to discover the shipment had never been received by them. I tried to reach VitaMaker via phone and email and never got a response. I had to call Visa and report a false charge on my credit card to get a refund. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered Cortislim. The picture was of Cortislim. When I got my verification of order is was something other than Cortislim and more expensive than the picture of Cortislim stated. I had to go through the hassle of calling to cancel the order immediately. The woman was a bit huffy, as if I did not know what I was ordering. I will never use this site - ever again. I don't like bait and switch.
