My experiance was not a good one at all. i placed an order on the 8th of october for an IN STOCK item. there shipping info is stated below.

We make every effort to ship orders that are received on weekdays by 12:00PM PST (3:00PM EST), to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day. If you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Monday. VitaDigest offers United States Postal Service (USPS), Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and UPS Ground. The shipping method depends on the level of service you select when you check out. Therefore the time you received your products depend on the level of service you select.

i placed order on OCTOBER 8TH and ordered it by 10am my time which shouldve been 7am their time. in other words, i was more then early as far as being eligible for same day shipping out of my order. I also paid for 2day shipping because i needed my dress by the 17th and wanted to be sure i had it in enough time to make any alterations to it etc.

on October 14th i had not received any shipping updates. i called and they hadnt even shipped it. now why did it take 6 days to ship an IN STOCK item when they advertise on there page if ordered early enough you can have it out the same day you place the order. even if it was a 72 hour turn around i'd understandd but 6 days??!?!? why did i bother paying for 2 day shipping then? on the 14th i was told i would receive my merchandise by friday the 17th. today is the 16th and still no email about my order being shipped. i called and was told it would be shipped today and i will receive it on monday. now the purpose of the 2 day shipping was because i needed it this weekend! when i said i wanted to cancel the order, they then told me it was shipped out this morning and i will receive it on monday. they still expected me to pay for the 2 day shipping on something that took 11 days to arrive?? i think this is just rediculous!! im soooo not happy with my shopping experiance with Vitadigest!
