Great product arrived fast, good pricing.
Shopping.com showed me the lowest price here.
I went to check out and was easy to buy.
Set up was fast, product as advertised, I returned for all my toner needs

My initial search results for the Ricoh printer that I needed sent me to Valuetechdirect.com
I immediately found what I was looking and I called them.
I was greeted politely and helped with my purchase on line.
The printer arrived the NEXT day and was a plug and play installation.
This is how internet buying should be.
No hassel with fast service.
