Ordered Christian Dior perfume for my wife before reading all the negative reviews. I must be the exception or Jean has gotten the message. Arrived in advertised time packed very well. Received e-mail updates and tracking information.
I'm not a perfume expert but this looks to be a genuine, new bottle nicely boxed. I found the experience to be great and would do business again without qualms. |

My order came within a week. I was emailed a Fed Ex tracking number the day after my purchase. No problems at all. Cologne is just as described, brand new in packaging and wrapped in tons of packing bubbles.

Terrible: John Paul Cambert (JP) made threats saying "You forget that I know where you live, and, I will deal with you personally." Please pay the few extra dollars to order from a reputable company.
The website was easy to use and they offered the best pricing on the perfume I wanted to order. When my order did not arrive the next day (I ordered next day delivery); I contacted JP by email. He responded quickly saying check our FAQ page. I did and realized that according to this I should have the order the following day. My order arrived late, several days later than the FAQ page indicated. Prior to the order shipping I asked JP to refund my money and cancel my order. He said once the order is in the system it could not be canceled. I emailed JP and told him that I would contest with my credit card company. He responded with threats and profanity. Please do not order anything from Perfumes Unlimited. JP may have low prices, but that is all that they have. |

Received the product in a timely enough fashion, but one of the items we ordered was wrong (eau de toillete versus our order of a parfum). The Unlimited Perfume inventory label on the bottle showed parfum, but the bottle label showed eau de toillete. Sent an e-mail about the issue, did not receive a response. Sent a follow up, no response yet. Will not use this company again!

The perfume I ordered from them, Quelques Fleurs, arrived in the same EXTERIOR packaging as purchases from retailers and legitimate websites, but the perfume did not smell like my previous (25 years!) purchases. I checked the bottle and noted that some of the coding on the bottom had been scratched out. The fragrance is way watered down and only slightly similar to the authentic Quelques Fleurs fragrance. I contacted them by email with my complaint and got NO response.
The legitimate producers of Quelques Fleurs perfume in France need to know about this scam. Do not buy from the company. |

One man Customer Service service show, it is HORRIBLE!!! I would like to see this placed on the news somewhere. I was having a problem ordering on the website, kept getting error msgs, he stated he got through just fine. When I asked were they having a problem with the site, he was very rude to me, after asking for a little courtesy and consideration he stated he didn't want my pathetic business and to take it elsewhere and not to email him again. This guy will be reported to the BBB. I would rather pay a higher price than to buy from this place again. I hope one of his customers take him on judge Judy, she will see to it that he never make another sale. Shopping.com, you need to remove him from your list of partners. Do not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

People, you are not gonna believe it, but I received my order without any problems. I placed my order last Friday and today is Thursday, and my package has arrived. Pretty speedy, considering that I ordered right before the weekends. I was so exited with the prices and placed my order without reading any reviews (yes! Absolutely stupid of me!) Then I got conformation email from John Paul Cambert and decided to check out what other customers think about his service skills
..and I was shocked! I couldn't believe that I actually ordered from this company. However, it was fun to read all this comments and I was getting ready to become another "dummy". Whoooops! Didn't happen! Package is good, both ordered perfumes are fine, and they look and smell like real. No complaints. Strange...What I didn't like that I didn't get my tracking # and was told " don't request tracking information until at least 5 business days from receipt of this email".

HORRIBLE ...WORST online shopping experience ever. Will never, ever purchase from this business again. Would NOT honor the price match policy when I found a lower price, insulted me, indicated I was lying, and blasted the competitor where the lower price was listed. Business appears to be run from an apartment in Miami area by a very unstable individual with no professionalism. I highly regret not researching before ordering. Definitely would NOT have purchased had I known this person's history.

I had a terrible experience and will never do any business with this site again, he threatened me when I simply asked where my shipment was after 7 days. I requested my money back and received threatening emails from him several times even to the point of him coming to my town. Beware before you buy, this guy doesn't know how to run a good business if he is threatening people simply asking where their merchandise is, I didn't bother with anymore emails and just filed a complaint with my credit card company and received my money back, he still insisted my package was on the way but nothing ever showed up after the credit card complaint was filed, if it was on the way I would have received it but was planning on refusing the package, Don't trust this site. BEWARE!

Horrible customer service. I ordered 6 bottles of woman's perfume and received 3 non-working perfume bottles and two, what smelled like, watered down perfumes. Out of the bunch I got one good working bottle. I emailed in a simple easy going manner and was told my accusations were ridiculous and he insinuated that I was a liar. Then in further emails he pretty much out right called me stupid. When inquiring about a refund and how to get about sending them back to receive it I was told to send them back then ignored. After sending all of them back and telling him that I disputed his charge he told me to do whatever would make me feel better, that he had been doing this for years. What he has been doing for years is tricking people and giving them crap in return. Stay away from this guy. Horrible, bad experience I've ever had.

I too have been the recipient of a number of shocking e-mails from John-Pail Cambert, and I too will contact the local police. I mentioned to him that I was going to contact the DA's office as I have a friend there, and he went berserk and sent me non-stop e-mails saying he would e-mail them as well and try to destroy my name in the community. He is a psycho and needs help.

The packaging was flawless, the boxes were pristine, the scents were absolutely perfect (not watered down), there was no leakage: all of the products received were perfect....... all in all : awesome. AND the prices are much lower than most. Sure, every Internet carrier may have 1 or 2 priced lower than the rest, but John Paul's are uniformly lower priced. Please give him a try: he aims to please, has been very helpful to me, and a true gentleman.

I ordered 1 womens fragrance and 3 mens fragrances at Unlimited Perfumes. I received all my bottles in the time frame they stated on their FAQ's. I didn't get any threatening e-mails like some of the other reviewers but then again I only sent one e-mail regarding when the items would be shipped. I got a reply with a link to the FAQ's where I noticed the usual time frame for delivery.
All the fragrances seem to be genuine bottles and not watered-down as some people had stated the boxes and everything were intact and they definitely have the best prices. All in all I'd recommend Unlimited Perfumes if you're not in a hurry to receive your items and want the lowest prices. |

I was in a hurry when I ordered 5 products and after I ordered I started reading reviews. I saw the bad reviews and thought about how good the deal was and i figured that I had screwed up Christmas. A few days later I received an e-mail stating that one of the five products was out of stock witch was fine. A few days later I received an e-mail that my order was shipped and a few days later I got my order as promised. Good products, great price and delivered as promised.

Order took a month to receive, yet their website states items will be received in 10 working days. When I asked for status or tracking number, I received a rude response. I have never received a customer service response like this one. I think this must be one guy who goes to the flea market or something, and when he gets the perfume, he may or may not send it, based on what I have read.
I would rather spend a few dollars more and deal with a reputable company. |

I was concerned about my pending order, so I emailed asking for a shipping status. That was the worst thing I could ever have done.. After many vulgar emails from him stating, "YOU are a complete f**king moron, and, I know where you live...", "I'm going to pay you a little visit.".. This is definitely not anyway to do business. I placed my order with Unlimited Perfumes in September, and as of 09/29/05 the order was listed as pending. I was told that I would receive my order within 7-10 days. As of 10/17 (18 days later) I still had not received my order, and still had not received any sort of notification from Unlimited Perfumes. I sent an email inquiring as to the status of my order, and the only positive thing I can say about this experience is that I at least received an email response, but it was to tell me that my item was out of stock and my order had been canceled! Were they ever going to notify me on their own? Very disappointing--thankfully this was for myself, and not a gift for someone else.
