This vendor, UnbeatableSale, Inc., was found by googling the product I wanted--"wooden silverware tray." They are clearly interested in providing good products, processing their sales without fuss and delivering their orders very, very quickly. Their products seem to be a variety of household goods and personal care stuff (like ladies' razors), along with furniture and baby gear.

I ordered a simple wooden divided box to use as a silverware tray. It's hard to find items online made of nice pine with no nasty lacquer or finish--and believe me, I have looked around and sent back the worst of them. Their prices are the kind that you'd probably find in Crate and Barrel or Pier 1, and the same kind of quality. (Or perhaps better quality, since those two stores import lots of cheap goods from China.)

There were two emails in my inbox from the company, one at the point of sale and one to confirm shipping. (I like to shop with vendors that don't overload with lots of pointless confirmation follow ups. And no spam.)

It came promptly (and I live overseas--nothing comes to us promptly), it was packed carefully and well in a custom sized box, and the item is just what I was looking for. I'll use this company again. Especially if I ever need another silverware tray!
