my product was delivered 1 week behind schedule and the service department blamrdit on the delivery service they use and the delivery service blamed it in the service people. It was not good customer service and I kept getting lied to. I did not apprciate the lack of supprt I recieved from the service department. I also feel that since I paid extra to have it delivered in 2 days and it was 7 days late that I should be refunded the moeny I spent for a service that wasnt provided.

I was left hanging for weeks wondering what happened to my order, since all your site showed was "Processed". I sent you 2 e-mails asking what was going on, but received no reply at all to the first one and only received a reply to the second one after the order had been delivered. Your "tracking" system is worthless and your customer service is non-existent. I will never do business with you again!

Mattress arrived when US Mattress said it would. I was able to track its progress on the US Mattress website. The mattress was wrapped in plastic. It arrived in pristine condition. The delivery men were great. Everything went great. It was a good experience and I would do it again.

The delivery service is terrible. They told us that the mattress would come on the 16th,but after three days, when we called them, they have many excuses for not delivering the mattress. After we called the company they said that they forgot our order, and was dayed for a whole month from ordering until now. we still haven't received the mattress yet.If possible, we would like to return this item and buy this from another company!

The customer service of US mattress was very good with quick response by email and phone calls, but the moving company in Atlanta was very inefficient - they told me a delivery date and estimated time but they didn't come on the day. When I phoned up the company in the evening, the operator told me that my husband called and rescheduled the delivery in the morning, which was a total lie! I ordered the mattress on line and he didn't know anything about it. How can they come up with such a stupid excuse???
Anyway, I just hope we receive it on the 'rescheculed' delivery day next week.

POOR PACKAGING only two thin layers of clear plastic! 1st order had to be returned due to large rip in mattress, 2nd order came with several rips in the boxspring and a broken frame. 3rd time product was just fine thankfully. Customer service was wonderful and resolved my problems quickly but all could have been avoided if they just spent a few extra bucks for better packaging! Finally sleeping comfortably on my brand new undamaged mattress and boxspring just short of two months later!!!

I purchased a twin mattress and box spring for my 89 year old father who lives in NY state. I live in Maryland. It was priced at 314.00. During the check out process there wasn't an oppportunity to add on the 99.00 for white glove service. I called US Mattress to order that service. THey charged my account an additional 99.00. I purchased the white glove service since my dear old father at 89 would never be able to carry from the curbside or unpack a mattress and boxspring. When I spoke to the customer representative by phone he told me the details about white glove service for 99.00. He told me that the delivery personnel would carry the mattress and boxspring from the truck to my fathers apartment, unpack it and set it up. The representative also told me the old mattress and boxspring would be discarded by the delivery personnel and taken away by truck. After the delivery personnel set up the bed they refused to take away the old mattress and boxspring, though I had paid for that service. My father pleaded with the delivery men to take it away, as I was promised. They said they had no room on their truck so they dropped the old mattress and boxspring in the basement of the apartment building. This,action is known as illegal dumping. Additionally the delivery men wore my father out and stressed my father completely, made him sign papers using intimidation. I want an explanation of why this happened during my fathers delivery, an apology to my father for the undue stress he had to endure and a 99.00 charge credit to my account since the US Mattress phone associate delivered false information and description of the white glove service. The phone associate and I discussed the service that my dad would receive. He then repeated it so we both were clear. That customer service by phone made me comfortable purchasing from a website out of state. Now, I would not do business with US Mattress again unless this situation is corrected, as I described above with a 99.00 credit to my account,since the delivery personnel carried it in the apartment, but did not take the old mattress and boxspring away. I want an apology to my 89 year old father and a complete explanation given to me asap

I was most unhappy with the delivery service. They only deliver on 2 days to our area. At first, they called and left a message stating, "we'd like to set up a time to deliver your mattress". It really wasn't at all recipricol. It was them telling me when they could do it. Working full time with little notice is difficult. We narrowed down to a day and a 4 hour block. I called the night before to see if we could narrow the time. The person told me it wouldn't be before 1 PM. I got a call at work on the delivery date at 9:30 AM. They said they would be there in 30 minutes. I rushed home, only to have the delivery truck arrive at 11 AM! If I would have known about this delivery, I may not have ordered. Also, when my husband tried to connect the headboard to the frame, he noticed that the frame was bent. Not good.

I would not buy another mattress from them or anyone else online. I spent close to $900 to get a full size mattress that is way too soft. Their comfort scales are not accurate; and since I already paid $99 to send back one mattress I am now stuck with this purchase. They only give you one error and that is it. The errors were both based on their comfort scales. I have since tried many mattresses in stores and know first hand that their comfort scales are subjective.
