Ordering and delivery were fine. My receipt did say it was from 1999 (I bought an LG washer/dryer in one in Dec07), but that hasn't caused any problems.
The problem I am having is with the extended warranty I bought.
They took over a week to find a repair service that would bill them. I called on a Thursday, called back on a Wednesday, no luck, then called again on Friday, they said they had found someone and they should have called me and that they would have them call me right away. I didn't hear from the repair place until Tuesday. Then the nightmare of dealing with this repair company (ADM Repairs in Jonesboro, GA)... I called to complain about this company several times, the guy would say he was going to call me back, and I wouldn't hear from him, he didn't answer the phone ever, or return my calls. I finally got ahold of him and made an appointment for Monday - and he didn't call or show! This has taken entirely too long, and they say they don't have any other companies in the area! I don't know why they use a company with such horrible customer service, it reflects very poorly on them.
When the washer messed up while I still was under warranty with LG - they came right out, no problems. (Not the best product obviously, but I knew that, that's why I got the warranty...)
