Ok, I (just like you are doing), read reviews before I bought anything from this place. Honestly I wish I would have listened. What a nightmare!!! I am writing this to save someone else from that headache that i had from dealing with these. people. VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL! I ordered 2 presents about 2 weeks before christmas, paid extra for the fast delivery.  received order and was missing a bar mirror. called back left 3 messages, finally reached them after christmas. remind u these were Christmas presents. They appoligized and said they would ship the mirror out asap. We received a box a few days later.. We received shotglasses?? Surely not a bar mirror, so called again, Raised a lil hell, Couple days later received 2 boxes.. 2 bar mirrors! BOTH BROKEN! Called again, raised more hell, once again received another box. Sure Enuf, the mirror was shattered! I am so done, I love their products, but terrible customer service. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FRAGILE. Especially not a mirror. GOOD LUCK. :)

My package was damaged, when I called trendsetters, I got voicemail. I left 2 messages and no one returned my call. I advised all my friends not to purchase anything from trendsettes as the shipping was high and they damaged the package. My complaint is unanswered.

It said it would ship fast and I would have paid extra for shipping to get here faster but it was not avaiable. I can't track it either.

I ordered a hard to find item months ago from Trendsetters. The wrong item was shipped to me and when I emailed the company I received a fast response and the issue was resolved fast and professional. I would shop there again.

Order was processed very quickly. My order had an error but customer service took care of it immediately. I would definitely recommend this site. My items were much better quality then I expected for the price. The shipping was reasonable. Although there was an error, the way it was handled was excellent.

The things I was looking for were easy to find and the products were great. There was alot better selections than other sites I visited and they were better prices. It even got to me earlier than expected.

The ordering was easy, my package arrived on time and in tact, but logos washing off after one use is pretty lame in my book! I will NEVER shop here ever again, and I hope to get my money back.

Previous order, (4) bar stools. Excellent value. Present order, packing list shows (4) bar stools, one sent. VERY dissapointing. I took an order for friends at work, now I must explain the shortage. Will be big "black eye" for trendestters, I may not order again.

Purchase on website was easy. They use Pay-Pal. Shipping was VERY expensive.About 1/3 of the cost of merchandise. Shipping was slow with an item missing upon arrival.Once notified,shipping error was taken care of. Total time to complete the order was 30 days! I have mixed opinion about ever shopping there again.

Ordered 2 clocks, got 1 - no packing slip. Tried to contact them - 800 number mailbox was full, no live person to talk to. Sent email, have not heard from them at all They were paid in full for 2 clocks. As of this date and time I still have not heard from the. Will not shop there again.

Recieved the wrong item, but appreciated the prompt reply to my email. They said they would send the right item and that I could keep the wrong item. Haven't gotten the right item yet, but it's only been a few days. I hope to see it soon.

everything was great up until the last 2 days before my package arrived. Got an email stating that they didn't have record of my payment, that i needed to pay again and send proof of receipt or i wouldn't get my package. That was upsetting because i had already paid and waited a week. I would think that they would have all of that already

I had ordered this almost to late for a birtday present. I ask them if they could get it here in time and they did. I was totally surprised. I did not even have to pay extra for it to get here on time, which is very unusual.' Thanks a bunch for making this person's birthday special.

I couldn't find the gift i wanted ANYWHERE for a reasonable price. The other stores had the 4-set of glasses for 40-50 dollars. I found them on here, with no problems, for 26.99. They let me know all the steps. (when they got my payment, when it was shipped, etc). It arrived on time and in great condition.
