As many others have stated, the prices are what appealed to me to buy from TC. I compared The North Face jackets with many other sites prices and TC did have the best (although not as much selection with sizes/colors.) I found one I liked and put in my order on Friday morning and paid the extra $19.99 for overnight shipping. I'm going to Chicago all day on Tuesday and this is why I wanted it as quickly as possible. This is where I ran into problems. I received my confirm email when the order was placed but by Saturday morning I still had not gotten the shipping confirmation. My account on the site didn't show it as being shipped yet either. So I called to ask thinking maybe the info just had not been updated. I was informed by the CS agent that my order would be shipped on Monday with a delivery of Tuesday!! ??????!! I asked him why my OVERNIGHT order that I paid $20 for wasn't shipped on Friday since they had ALL DAY to do so. He informed me "well, I wasn't here yesterday so I'm not sure what happened." Ok, I've worked in customer service in some form or another my whole working life and that is NOT a good response. As a customer I don't CARE if you weren't working or not that day, just fix it. There is absolutely no excuse for this type of bad service. As an example, zappos.com consistently delivers stellar customer service. Every time I order from them, I get free overnight shipping. I placed my last order with them at 8:30 pm and literally had my order on my doorstep the next afternoon, and that's how they always do business. Travelcountry needs to take a few lessons from them. I didn't expect it quite that quickly from TC but come on, since I paid $20 for expedited shipping, I should at least have it by Monday. Since they can't get their act together, that's obviously not going to happen now. Buyer beware!
