I wish that I had done a little more research before placing an order with this place. They had my vacuum hose but I will probabley never get it. They do have my money however. Sadly I used Paypal. No answers to my e-mails and phone listed on company info seems to be no good. BEWARE!

Slowest to ship of any online merchant I have ever dealt with. Even when my item is claimed to be in stock, a week later it still has not shipped. Their prices are always the lowest but if you need to receive your product in a reasonable amount of time, don't use this merchant.

TOTALVAC IS TOTAL HACK!!!!

They have the "HARD TO FIND" vacuum parts BUT TOTALVAC.is A HORRIBLE company to order from. I ordered A Kenmore vacuum hose replacement and a hepa filter for the same canister vacuum but it has been a month and STILL NO MERCHANDISE. They replied ONCE to my numerous emails and lied to me saying that my item will ship the next day. Well it has been weeks and no communication from these UNRELIABLE people. I decided to just try my luck with Ebay-I figured nobody can be more worse than TOTALVAC.MY credit card by the way was immediately charged by these people--My credit company is in the process of trying to get a refund because I'm totally refusing to pay for items I have not received nor will receive. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I wish I read other people's opinion of TOTALVAC before I ordered from these jerks.I question the positive feedbacks--sounds like they work for the company or has been reimbursed one way or another.

Item listed as 'IN STOCK' Item NOT listed as 'not available'. When checking 3 days AFTER payment, they told me item wouldn't be in for 3 days later. Cancelled item, now having problem getting refund!!!!!

I read all the negative reviews but I did my homework and made sure I knew what I wanted to order. Ordered over the phone so that I talked to an actual person. Part was not a regularly stocked item but they had it by Monday when I ordered it on Friday. Shipping was free and accomplished in a reasonable time. Part was new and arrived in excellent condition. Overall I was impressed with the store but do your homework to avoid confusion.

Pay for things you don't even get!!!

At first everything seems good. I received a call confirming my shipping information because a street was not listed. I gave them the correct address and they said it would be shipped. After a few weeks I was wondering why it still hadn't arrived and found out they sent it to the wrong address still. On top of that they feel that I should pay them the 15% return fee and shipping cost which is $70 for something that I have never even seen. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with.

Ordered and was told it was in stock. Never received item. Called 3 weeks later(gave them time because of holiday rush) only to find item was out of stock and not coming in for another week. Canceled order. A very poor way to do business. Will never even think of using them again. The only bad .com experience this whole holiday season!!

Worst experience I ever had! Ordered item and after days of waiting and checking on status (numerous emails, too) I got the word that the item is... OUT OF STOCK How is that possible? On the website, sure enough, there is no word about it. Even as of now, if you go there, it would say "available" or "on stock" - I don't remember. I canceled my order and got the item from www.ikitchen.com They ship UPS Ground, but I got it for less than 24 hours. TotalVac.com sucks! This is not a way to do business. Total waste of time!

Mixed up order; wrong item sent; no customer service

I ordered a 4-cup flat permanent coffee filter. The order, somehow, got changed to a 4-cup cone type permanent filter then a package of 100 paper #4 filters arrived in the package. I wrote to them over a week ago in order to get this returned/replaced and have not gotten an answer back. There is no phone number given on their web site, so I can't just talk to somebody. On the basis of this experience, I will never order from them again, and I wish somebody else had the filter I want.

Lousy stay away from them

Lousy operation. Don't buy from them. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for the parts I ordered. I should have bought from someone else. (I am beginning to think I am never getting them.)

I have checked the tracking on my package and all it says is that it was checked in on the 15th. Not even an estimated delivery date.

I e-mail them and get nothing not even an auto response that they will look into my missing items.

I don't know how they got such a high rating they don't deserve it. I am ready to start trying to get my money back and complain to the better business bureau. Maybe we can shut them down if we complain enough.

I purchased a Norelco electric shaver battery from TotalVac.com. It was advertised to fit my razor, but when I received it I found that it was the wrong one and that it wouldn't fit. I wrote TotalVac's customer service numerous times asking how I could return it. They didn't even respond to my email. They're simply dishonest. I would never do business with them again.

The incorrect mixer beaters were originally shipped. I contacted TotalVac.com via email. They responded promptly by email. They shipped the correct product the same day and I did not have to pay any additional shipping to return the wrong product.

I cancelled my order after attempting to contact the merchant a total of 4 times to find out why my order did not ship. They responded one time to say it was backordered, I replied back twice for an ETA they never responded. They are the worst on-line retailer I've ever dealt with. I would NOT recommend them. Customer service is non-existent.

First off they never contacted me about the order shipment. When I called becasue the charge on my card first appeared and then went away on my bank statement on line. When I called I was told after asking abou this that they were waiting for a shipment to come in on monday the next week. So I canciled the order. They could not be bothered to email me and tell me that everything was on back order and ask if I wanted to wait for it. I did not want to wait.

Not All There But Sincere

The products statement said "in-stock". After no shipment for 14 days, I called to find that they get shipments once a month! They apologized for not notifying me and said it was an oversight. They did go out of their way to get it sooner & made calls to me back & forth. The order was then shipped just as their phone calls said it would be.

Prices were good. Our Norelco razor had the battery sodered in. Now a local store is installing the batteries for about $10. Still way cheaper than a new one.

Order was never shipped. TotalVac does not have phone listed on their web site, and did not respond to my e mails. after 9 days my order had not been shipped, so I canceled my order, and bought the items I needed at some one else.

At first we received the wrong item-not very pleasant, but errors are human and happen sometimes. We immediatley sent the required email in order to be able to return the wrong item-we got no answer until 9 days later-the webpage states one could get a reply within 4 days. A return of the item was just permitted within the next following 15 days-being sick I was unable to do this on time-now I have an item I have no use for at all. A timeframe of 30 days to return falsley sent items would have been fair and reasonable, most other bussiness do it this way.

I like having the pictures of the products I am buying. I do wish that there was more information about the power that each vacuum has. I use that kind of information when I buy a vacuum because I have dogs and a vacuum that does not have much power will not pick up dog fur.

Before I finalized the order, it was not explained how long it would take to ship the product. Then after the order was made, it said it would take 5 days to ship the product. After 6-7 business days, I checked the tracking link, it was still not shipped out yet, with no explanation. Then I checked the back order link, and found the item I had ordered was on a back order, and wouldn't arrive at the company for another 10 days or so. Then I decided to cancel my order, but there is no phone number available. I submitted the request on-line, and thankfully, I received an email the next day saying my order was cancelled.

I noticed that totalvac had respectable reviews and chanced shopping at their site. Eight days after ordering the item that I wanted to receive, the company decided to post on their website, not on an e-mail to me, that a large list of items were on back order. This company lacks respectable customer service.

I would shop again, but only by giving myself a month of order lead time! The response time to the order has taken over three weeks and is still not complete. As all the items were said to be in stock, I can only assume it takes several weeks to pull items from the shelves and get them ready to ship.
