totally lie about in stock yet charge your credit card they are scum and will be sued for their practices. they charge your credit card for out of stock items and even switched the item on me in my account. They said it was canceled but now i get charged on my credit card how is this good business sounds like they are going under. I will contact the BBB in their area and file a lawsuit I hope others do the same. When I say they switched the order on me I ordered and certain filter for my RIDGID vac then after they said it was out of stock i checked my order and saw they had switched my order to a lower class filter that cost them 7 dollars less but still charged my credit card the same fee for the more expensive one. I will contact my bank to try to get my money back and I have let Google check out know they scammed me in hopes they will refund me or help me to get my money back. They have no customer service and refused to return e-mails and phone calls. Stay away from them.
